Our client was lost among the market wilderness when wildminds were approached to review the branding and market positioning. The timing was critical given the company’s start-up phase, and wildminds were engaged to assess, recommend and present a branding solution with creative execution across web, hardcopy and social platforms.
Our brand discovery workshop unearthed a need to change the business name and visual language. We considered it critical that a finance lending business be credible and trustworthy, and the original name of ‘Business Cash’ didn’t instil trust or gel with the target audience, that is professionals. The word ‘cash’ cheapens the brand and brings low-end transactions to mind. Of equal importance was to cut through the fluff and noise of the renown, complex and distrusted finance industry.
‘Influx Funding’ was created to attract and captivate the two primary audiences; progressive business owners and tradies. The name is strong and simple, and the communication is direct, straight-talkin, no-nonsense and apt to connect with both target audience. We took a space theme to push the idea of businesses reaching new heights and exploring possibilities.
The identity and typography aligns with the space and possibility theme, and ‘Infux funding’ became ‘rocket fuel’ for business. Exploring, discovering and reaching new heights is what influx Funding does, as shown it its tag: Empowering Success.
